Store Closing We had a great run in Waldo and we appreciate your business for the past ten years. We have always prided ourselves on our service and providing you comfortable shoes that you don't find everywhere else. Unfortunately, several of our manufacturers have decided to turn away from local independent stores and sell their products to big box stores and discounters. We can't compete, and with our lease ending soon, we have decided to close Hathaway Shoe. Jill opened J.Hathaway Shoe Boutique, a fashion focused shoe boutique, in Leawood at 117th and Nall in the Park Place development and would love for you to come out and take a look and enjoy the area. David Hathaway will continue to service diabetic patients as well as provide custom orthotics, orthotic resurface, comfort footwear and shoe modifications as well as diabetic footwear through Advance Diabetic Supply at 7800 Foster, Overland Park, KS.
